Ivy developed a detailed masterplan for the side and backyard to optimize spaces for entertaining and outdoor enjoyment. In the side yard, we introduced a sequence of patios designed for cooking, dining, and lounging in hammocks, complete with a custom Brazilian outdoor kitchen. We ensured a smooth transition from the French doors to the area under a mature tree, enhancing the connection between the indoors and outdoors. The materials selected complement the architectural style of the home and add a touch of modern yet transitional charm. In the backyard, we extended the patio material to include a new walkway leading to the back doors and gate. The transformation has made the yard a warm, welcoming gathering place for family and friends.
