Wendy Booth

Wendy is president of Ivy Street Design, a landscape architecture firm she established in Colorado in 1992. Her work has been featured in the Denver Post, 5280, Colorado Expression and Colorado Homes and Lifestyles and has won several Excellence in Landscape Awards. Wendy graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Landscape Architecture in 1985, and holds Colorado Landscape Architectural License #450. Wendy enjoys sharing her professional experience with others. Up until fall of 2013, she taught the landscape design program at Front Range Community College.  In 2007, Wendy served as the first women president ever of the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado. Wendy has also served on the Rocky Mountain Multiple Sclerosis Center Board of Directors, the Front Range Community College Advisory Committee and as the Editor of Colorado Green Magazine. Wendy loves to ski, from the hike-to terrain at Crested Butte to bumps at Mary Jane. She’s been known to skip work on powder days. She also enjoys yoga, cycling, gardening and art projects of all kinds.

Kaylin Kittle

Kaylin is the senior staff designer for Ivy Street Design. She began working as a landscape designer for Ivy Street Design in 2010 after graduating from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture in 2009. Kaylin is a creative designer who loves residential design and creating outdoor living spaces.   It is her goal to help each client clearly visualize their design through hand sketches, 3-dimensional modeling and animation, and construction documentation to achieve a beautiful design solution unique to each individual project. She is also motivated by sustainable practices and the use of native plants as and continues to learn about Colorado water management, innovative materials, and planting.  Kaylin loves what the Colorado landscape has to offer by skiing in the winter and fly fishing or hiking with her husband Mick in the summer.  She enjoys cooking and music, frequently trying new restaurants  that are hot on the Denver scene or attending concerts or festivals with friends.


Ainslie O’Neil

Ainslie is the newest member of the Ivy Street Design team. A Denver native, she succumbed to the call of the Rockies and returned to her home city after spending several years pursuing studies in New England. She holds a BFA Architecture+Design degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst as well as a permaculture design certificate. Since returning to Denver she has been actively involved in the permaculture community, teaching design workshops and working closely with local organizations like the Denver Permaculture Guild and the GrowHaus. Her passion for resource conservation, the outdoors, and unique artistic expression results in creative design solutions for a wide array of stylistic tastes. Ainslie loves being active outside, snapping photos with 35mm film, and growing vegetables on her Capitol Hill sun porch.
